Scope and Challenges

The project involved more than just the installation of doors; it required a comprehensive approach encompassing supply chain management, logistical coordination, and direct tenant engagement. One of the primary challenges was ensuring that the doors were readily available for installation. RPS effectively managed this by organising door deliveries to an RPS depot in the Scottish Borders, ensuring a smooth supply process.
